I recommend booking 6–8 weeks in advance, especially for weddings and high-season events. That said — if you’re in a pinch, reach out anyway. I may have an opening.

For most events, I need:

• A small table and chair

• Access to power (for engraving)

• A shaded or indoor area (if outdoors)

Most on-site lettering takes 3–5 minutes per item, depending on the surface and complexity. For engraving, allow 4–7 minutes per guest item. I can offer options to keep things moving smoothly for larger events.

Live event calligraphy/engraving pricing is provided per project as it is based on a number of factors including time at the event, quantity or expected volume of items, travel, lettering surface, materials needed, and more.

On-Site Event minimum rates start at $600.00.
